Harry Gray: Harry is Visiting Professor in Workforce Development at the University of Chester and was formerly Visiting Professor in Strategic Development at the University of Salford.. A sometime senior civil servant in vocational and employment education, he has international consulting experience in management education with a particular focus on higher education and management development. He is Chair of the WISDOM Co-operative and Director designate of the NW Emeritus College which specialise in labour market development. He is a specialist in strategic thinking and organisational development and has written extensively on strategic and related issues.
Peter Moore: Peter Moore is currently a city councillor in Sheffield where for three years (1999 - 2002) he was Council Leader. A member of the EU's Committee of the Regions (COR) since 1998 he has provided policy recommendations for the COR on Combating Racism, Article 13 of the EC treaty on non-discrimination, EU Competitiveness and Productivity, European Year of Equal Opportunities for all and Equal Opportunities through sport. He also works as a consultant throughout the EU and Turkey in the areas of diversity and non-discrimination, Equal Opportunities and Human Rights, and accessing and use of EU funds.
