Our Approach

Gray-Moore International offers a personal counselling and advice service to senior executives who wish to reflect on their work and the way they manage their job. Sometimes our consultations are on a private basis and sometimes are paid for by the employing business.

Following consultation with senior clients a supporting programme in strategic thinking can be offered to subordinate teams and groups.

Gray-Moore International does not offer solutions that have been predetermined but works with individuals and small groups in conversation and dialogue to explore issues at the core of their work. We always work on an individual basis even in collective consultations.

The approach is focused entirely on the strategic issues of the client organisation and improves individual and corporate awareness of market-place opportunities in the environment of the client organisation.
